  Phenolic cotton laminated sheet is made by applying heat and pressure to layers of Super Fine Weave Cotton and synthetic resin. When heat and pressure are applied to the layers a chemical reaction (polymerization) transforms the layers into a high-pressure thermosetting industrial laminated plastic.

It has good strength,good wear resistance, good machining qualities, low water absorption, good dimensional stability, good electrical properties, good resistance to high impact, good chemical and corrosion resistance. This product is commonly used for components with intricate features which need accuracy and a fine machined finish. Cloth Laminate Sheet 3026 is usually used as fine toothed gears, cams, Geneva wheels, seal retaining rings and actuating arms. Also, it can be used as insulation for low and medium voltages.

  J&Q New Composite Materials Company is a foreign trade company controlled by Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for all export business of Hebei JingHong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Jinghong owns two factories. The old factory is Hongda Insulation Materials Factory, covering an area of 30,000 square meters, with an annual output of 13,000 tons. It is mainly responsible for the production of 3240 epoxy sheet grade B, and it will become the largest B -class sheet manufacturer in China.

  The new plant is Hebei Jinghong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Established on January 2, 2018, Jinghong is a new material company integrating scientific research, development, production, sales, and service. The main products are FR4 sheet 3240 epoxy sheet grade A, phenolic cotton sheet, Bakelite sheet and copper clad laminate, which have strong insulation products development and production capacity. The factory covers an area of 66,667 square meters. A total investment of 200 million CNY, an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. Jinghong has the most advanced glue machine, thermal compressor, and a vertical upper glue machine specially equipped for FR4 sheet can ensure the best and stable product quality.

 

  The total annual production capacity of two factories are 43,000 tons, which is one of the largest insulation sheet manufacturers in China.
