Production Description
Epoxy glass sheet is made from modified non-alkali glass fabric as a base material and epoxy resin as a binder. It can apply to machinery, electrical, electronic and other fields. Also it is used for the processing of insulation, processed into various types of insulation accessories and equipment insulation structure parts such as gear, generators, Pads, base and baffle.
Properties
There are several key features of Epoxy Glass Insulating Laminated Board Grade 3240.
The shrinkage of the material is very low, because the reaction between the 3240 epoxy board and the curing agent is carried out by direct addition reaction or ring-opening polymerization reaction of epoxy groups in the resin molecule, and no water or other volatile by-products are released.
The adhesion of Epoxy Fiberglass Laminate Sheet Grade 3240 is strong, because the inherent of polar hydroxyl group and ether bond in the molecular chain of the material make it have high adhesion to various substances. The shrinkage of epoxy resin is low when curing, and the internal stress generated is small, which also helps to improve adhesion strength.
