Production Description
Lithium Battery Pack 3240 Epoxy Resin consists of alkali-free woven glass cloth impregnated and bonded with an epoxy phenolic thermosetting resin, laminated under high temperature and pressure. The surface of the board is required to be smooth, free of bubbles, pits and wrinkles, but there are some defects such as: scratches, indentations, stains and a small amount of spots which don’t affect the performance of the board are allowed. The edges should be cut neatly, and the board should be no delamination or cracks on the end face.
Properties and Application
3240 Epoxy Sheet has high mechanical and electrical properties. It can be used in generator, motor and electrical appliances as insulation parts. Water and heat resistance are also main properties of the material, and the properties allow the material to be used in transformer oil and humid environment. In addition, the material is often processed to fixture plate, mold plywood, countertops grinding plate as well.
