Production Description
Epoxy laminate sheet is a kind of laminated board formed through heat pressing after the electric industry alkali-free cloth dips into epoxy resin. After curing the epoxy resin, it has excellent mechanical properties and high strength. Electrical stability is good under high humidity condition. Also, it has high dielectric properties, resistance to surface leakage and excellent resistance to arc insulation material.

Meaning of the 3240
3240 is accordance with the China standards. According to JB-T 2197-1996 electrical insulation material product classification, naming and model compilation method, each number of 3240 represent four different meaning. The first 3 represents laminated products, winding products, vacuum pressure dipping products. The second place 2 represents inorganic substrate laminate. The third place 4 represents the temperature index level. The fourth digit 0 represents the product variety code. The full name of 3240 is Grade 3240 Epoxy Glass Insulating Laminated Board or epoxy glass laminate sheet.
