Production Description
NEMA Grade L Phenolic Cotton Board is made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin, baked and hot pressed. It has high mechanical properties, oil resistance, certain dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, and easy processing.
It can withstand sawing, drilling, turning, milling, planing and other processing, also it has good electrical and mechanical properties under normal conditions.
3026 phenolic cotton board (China standard) is in accordance with NEMA Grade L Phenolic Cotton Board (NEMA Standard).
Application
NEMA Grade L Phenolic Cotton Board are used for fine tooth gears, relay bases, radio parts, terminal bases and strips, often in high-humidity environments.
It can be machined to bakelite tea tray board.
