FR4 glass epoxy sheet is made up of a mixture of epoxy resin and glass cloth and the color is yellowish to light green. FR4 has extremely high mechanical strength and dimensional stability over temperature, low water absorption, and superior electrical properties when both wet and dry. These electrical properties make it the most widely used in the electrical field.
